Cancellation and NO SHOW Policy 1. The cancellation of these services must be requested to the agency 24 hours in advance, otherwise the entire price will be charged as a penalty. For cancellations of services whose execution date is Sunday or Monday, the cancellation must be sent the previous Friday at the latest. 2. For NO SHOW, 100% of the price will be charged.
