Conditions:
1. Prices expressed in USD per pax per section.
2. Children from 0 – 1.99 years old are FREE.
3. The sections listed in this tariff are confirmed as collective transfers, in the addresses offered in the table and vice versa. If a section does not appear in a certain direction, it means that this section is not confirmed as a collective transfer.
4. Collective transfers will be confirmed up to 24 hours before the service is provided. Last minute sales will be offered with prior consultation with the programmer, depending on availability.
5. TRANSFER IN / OUT collective transfers only apply to the flights listed in ANNEX 1. For those flights that do not appear, the service must be requested as an EXCLUSIVE transfer.
6. The flights included in ANNEX 1, from 8:00 p.m. to 6:00 a.m., only transfer Apto. José Martí – Htl Habana will be provided.
7. When reference is made to HABANA HOTELS, the following are NOT included: Hotel Mariposa / Villa Panamericana / Playas del Este Hotels. For these sections, consult Exclusive Transfer rates.
8. The times indicated in the inter-hotels and transfer OUT represent the time at which the pick-up from the hotels begins, which will be staggered.
9. The equipment for collective transfers will be available up to 1 hour after the time requested in the reservation, for entry services to the country, from that moment on CUBATUR is not responsible for the service.
10. Collective transfer buses do not reach some hotels in Old Havana that are difficult to access (O'Farril; San Miguel; Tajadillo; Ambos Mundos; Florida-Prado Ameno; Beltrán de Santa Cruz; Valencia-Comendador; San Felipe and Santiago; Los Frailes; Villa Nueva; Mesón de la Flota; Palacio Cueto, Palacio de los Corredores, Monte Hermoso. In these cases, the buses pick up or drop off the passengers at nearby points and the guide takes them to the hotel. Pick-up from these hotels will be made in the lobby of the hotel itself by the guide, EXCEPT FOR TRANSFERS TO CAYO SANTA MARIA, where clients must walk to the Santa Isabel hotels; Shipowners of Santander or Parque Central, depending on proximity.
Cancellation and NO SHOW Policy
1. The cancellation of these services must be requested to the agency 24 hours in advance, otherwise the entire price will be charged as a penalty. For cancellations of services whose execution date is Sunday or Monday, the cancellation must be sent the previous Friday at the latest.
