1. Once I confirm my service request, will it be guaranteed?

 Yes, but only after paying the service through our payment gateway or with the payment method established between our agencies. You will receive the invoice and the relative voucher.

 

2. In hotel bookings once have been confirmed, the taxes are they included?

 Yes, in the case of Cuba, taxes are included. Our rates are net and consistent with the plan selected by you.

 

3. In the car rental, which includes the confirmed rate?

 The rate includes rental and liability insurance (see the terms and conditions of the car rental form)

 

4. Is a visa required to enter Cuba?

 Yes, you will need a tourist visa that you can get through the Cuban consulate in your country. In the case of Italy, you can also buy it through our office in Rome.

 

5. Which credit cards are accepted in Cuba?

 The accepted cards are: VISA and MASTERCARD, in no case do you accept credit cards issued against US banks or their branches.

7. What do all-inclusive hotel rates include?
