phytosanitary and priority to board the aircraft. The service is designed for passengers, both on domestic and international flights, traveling on Cuban and foreign airlines, during departures and/or arrivals to the country, as well as aircraft
crews and companions of arriving passengers, that in a controlled way they are allowed access by the authorized entity.
Service in lounges leaving the country: Starts when the passenger enters the VIP Lounge, where they have the right to what is described in the service offer and until boarding; The lounges for this service are located in the last waiting rooms (SUE)
of Terminal 3 of the José Martí International Airport in Havana. Once you arrive at the VIP Lounge, you will be warmly welcomed and you will be asked to prove your reservation or previous purchase of the service. During your stay in the lounge,
you will be kept informed about the status of your flight, notifying you in advance when it is time to board the aircraft. When it is communicated that the flight will be boarded, the Coordinator will guide the client the way to his boarding gate.
In cases of special requests for services, it will accompany you and in coordination with the flight departure dispatch staff, it will guarantee a fast check-in route for the passenger. Maximum time: 3 hours.
Service in lounges of arrival/arrival to the country: The passenger is received upon disembarking, identifying him by means of signs where his name appears, he is accompanied by the coordinator of the lounge for immigration and security
procedures until arriving at the lounge. Once in the room, they are located according to their taste and convenience. We proceed to collect the baggage check and the description of the same to facilitate its location. While the search for their
luggage occurs, the passenger can make use of the service offered in the lounges; when your luggage is located, the lounge staff accompanies the passenger to the exit door; In case other services are required, they will be prioritized. The lounges
for this service are located in the baggage claim room of Terminal 3. Average time: 1 h.
