-THE PRESENTATION OF THE DISTAL VOUCHER AT THE RENT A CAR OFFICE IS MANDATORY. IN CASE OF DISTAL YOU MUST TAKE THIS DOCUMENT TO THE RENTAL OFFICE, DUE TO ITS NOT PRESENTATION BY THE CUSTOMER, THE AGENCY OR THE CUSTOMER WILL BE BILLED 25 USD.
-IF THE PASSENGER MUST DELAY THE PICK-UP OF THE CAR FOR THE FOLLOWING DAY, DUE TO FLIGHT DELAY OR ANY OTHER CAUSE, THE PASSENGER SHOULD IMMEDIATELY NOTIFY THE EMAIL: booking3@distalcaribe.co.cu / booking2@distalcaribe.co.cu AND to OUR ASSISTANT. - POLICY ON THE RETURN OF THE CAR IF THE CUSTOMER DOES NOT RETURN THE CAR ON THE DATE AND TIME AGREED IN THE LEASE AGREEMENT, A PENALTY OF 100 USD WILL BE APPLIED DIRECTLY TO THE CUSTOMER FOR EACH DAY OF DELAY.
DISTAL IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR NON-COMPLIANCE WITH ANY OF THE REQUIREMENTS INDICATED ABOVE BY THE CUSTOMER. IN CASE OF CANCELLATION OF THE RENT FOR THESE CAUSES, NO AMOUNT WILL BE REFUNDED.

GENERAL RENTAL CONDITIONS:
I.ALL RATES INDICATED ARE NET IN USD, PER VEHICLE, PER DAY, IN RENTAL MODE BY AVAILABILITY - VALID FOR RENTALS WITH PICK-UP ONLY IN HAVANA.
RESERVATION REQUESTS WILL BE IN ON REQUEST MODE, SUBJECT TO AVAILABILITY AND MUST BE SENT WITH A MINIMUM OF 7 DAYS, PRIOR TO THE PICK UP OF THE VEHICLE.
RESERVATIONS MUST BE REQUESTED IN WRITING AND ATTACHING THE FOLLOWING DATA:
* CUSTOMER NAME
* PICK UP/DROP OFF DATE
* PICK UP/DROP OFF PLACE
* CAR CATEGORY
* IF THE CUSTOMER ARRIVES ON A FLIGHT MUST SEND THE NUMBER AND TIME OF THE FLIGHT
* PASSPORT NUMBER
* THE RATE CORRESPONDING TO THE FIRST DAY OF RENTAL WILL BE APPLIED TO THE TOTAL DAYS OF THE RENTAL.
-. THE CAR MUST BE RETURNED ON THE DAY AGREED IN THE LEASE CONTRACT, MAXIMUM 2 HOURS AFTER THE DELIVERY TIME. IF THE CUSTOMER DOES NOT RETURN THE CAR AT THE AGREED TIME, A PENALTY EQUIVALENT TO 1 EXTRA DAY WITHOUT EXTENSION WILL BE APPLIED DIRECTLY TO THE CUSTOMER.
* THE ADDITIONAL DRIVER HAS A CHARGE OF 3 USD X DAY. ADDITIONAL PAYMENTS: LOCAL PAYMENTS TO THE TRANSTUR AGENCY MUST BE MADE ONLY BY INTERNATIONAL OR MLC CREDIT CARDS ISSUED BY CUBAN BANKS. NO CASH PAYMENTS ARE ACCEPTED IN ANY CURRENCY.

OTHER CONDITIONS:
-IN CASE OF ACCIDENT, TOTAL OR PARTIAL THEFT, IT SHOULD BE COMMUNICATED TO THE NEAREST RENTAL OFFICE TO THE PLACE OF THE EVENT AND MAKE THE REPORT TO THE POLICE, WHICH WILL SERVE TO KNOW THE CUSTOMER'S GUILT OR NOT.

CANCELLATION POLICY AND PENALTIES FOR THE RISK-BASED RENT MODE
*RENTAL CANCELED 16 OR MORE DAYS BEFORE THE CAR PICK UP DATE NO PENALTY WILL BE APPLIED.
*RENTAL CANCELED 8 - 15 DAYS BEFORE THE DATE OF CAR PICK UP, THE PAYMENT OF 3 DAYS' RENT WILL BE PENALIZED.
*RENTAL CANCELED WITH 7 TO 1 DAYS BEFORE THE DATE OF PICK UP OF THE CAR, PROCEDURES TO PENALIZE WITH THE TOTAL PAYMENT OF THE RESERVATION.
IN CASE THE CUSTOMER DOES NOT PICK UP THE CAR ON THE DAY CONFIRMED BY DISTAL CARIBE, LOSES THE RESERVATION AND NO SHOW WOULD BE BILLED, NO REFUND OF THE TOTAL AMOUNT OF THE RENT WILL BE MADE
DISTAL IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR THE LOSS OF DOCUMENTS BY THE CUSTOMER, DRIVER'S LICENSE, PASSPORT, VOUCHER DELIVERED BY DISTAL ETC. IN CASE OF LOSS OF THESE DOCUMENTS AND CANCELLATION OF THE RENT, NO AMOUNT WILL BE REFUNDED TO THE TTOO.

Maintenance violation
