GENERAL CONDITIONS:
• The Client and each additional driver must be at least 25 years old and have been in possession of the necessary driving license for more than two years. For the delivery of the vehicle 
it is absolutely necessary that THE CUSTOMER and the additional driver present the driving license and the valid passport/national identity document. • The LESSOR undertakes to deliver the vehicle in good technical and clean condition, accepted by THE CLIENT by signing this Contract. • Before starting the trip, THE CLIENT agrees to follow the instructions of THE LESSOR's technical staff at the point of delivery. • THE LESSOR makes available to THE CLIENT the roadside technical assistance service, free of charge whenever it is necessary and THE CLIENT is not outside the established Tourist Circuit;
in the latter case, the service will take full care of it. • If due to force majeure, fortuitous reasons or beyond the control of THE LESSOR, the vehicle cannot be delivered on the agreed date, this will not give the right to any compensation,
except for the return by the lessee of the amount paid as a reservation. • If for mechanical reasons the vehicle cannot complete the rental period, THE LESSOR will only be responsible for the refund of the unused rental amount; likewise, THE LESSOR may
replace the damaged vehicle with another, accepting THE CLIENT to waive any other type of claim. • If the vehicle is immobilized due to a mechanical breakdown, THE CLIENT must only contact the roadside assistance company arranged by THE LESSOR. Charges for third parties will be
accepted in said assistance company in case of urgency and prior authorization from THE LESSOR. • THE CLIENT undertakes to use and drive the vehicle in accordance with the basic rules of driving and circulation, in accordance with the specifications of use of the type of vehicle and
in compliance with the Internal Law of the Country. • THE CLIENT, in no case, will be exempt from its responsibilities, civil, administrative, sanctioning or of any kind that are the consequence of an accident or malicious behavior.
• THE CUSTOMER must return the vehicle to the place agreed on the Rental Card. THE CLIENT will be obliged to pay the return expenses of THE LESSOR when applicable. • If THE CLIENT exceeds the agreed time, he will be obliged to make the corresponding payment according to THE LESSOR's rate. In the event that THE CLIENT needs to extend the service,
he must go to any of THE LESSOR's offices or contact him before the expiration of the agreed term; THE LESSOR may or may not satisfy THE CLIENT's request. • If THE CLIENT drives with the contract expired and without the authorization of THE LESSOR, the insurance taken out will be automatically suspended, with THE CLIENT being solely responsible
for any damage or claim from that moment on. • In no case will THE LESSOR return any amount of the rent if THE CLIENT returns the vehicle before the date and time set. • THE CLIENT exempts THE LESSOR from all liability for damages that he and his passengers may suffer, both physical and material, derived from the normal or abnormal use of the leased vehicle.
Expressly declares to be aware of the risks that the use of the vehicle may produce. • THE LESSOR is not responsible for claims for theft, loss or damage of any personal property of THE CLIENT or its passengers, left or abandoned in the vehicle, during or after the rental period. • THE CUSTOMER must return the vehicle with the same type of fuel expressly indicated on the Rental Card and at official places. Otherwise, THE CLIENT will be responsible for the expenses caused
by the transfer and/or repair of the damages that may have occurred in the vehicle due to the use of inadequate fuel.
• THE CLIENT may not assign the use of the Vehicle to third parties, except with the express consent of THE LESSOR, which must be reflected by including them as additional drivers on the Rental Card.
In this case, THE CLIENT will always be solely responsible to THE LESSOR and third parties for damages that may be caused in and with the vehicle, regardless of who is driving it at the time they are generated. • Smoking is prohibited in the vehicle. Pets can be brought as long as the lessor has given his express authorization. The cleaning expenses, derived from any non-compliance, will be borne by the tenant. • The minimum rental is three days. • THE CLIENT will pay as a Guarantee Deposit the amount indicated on the Rental Card. The Guarantee Deposit will be returned after the vehicle is examined by a person in charge of THE LESSOR,
who in case of damage due to misuse will determine the amount that THE CLIENT must pay. This amount will be deducted from the deposited deposit, accepting THE CLIENT the payment of the difference
if the cost of the damages exceeds the value of the deposited deposit. In the event of an accident, the amount of the franchise will also be deducted from the deposit. In the event that the lessee must be
compensated for the rental price paid in advance, this amount will be returned together with the deposit. • THE LESSOR will deliver the vehicle covered by an insurance policy, whose guarantees and compensation limits are indicated on the Rental Card. • In the event of a claim due to theft, damage, loss or any loss in the vehicle, THE CLIENT will not be exempt from the obligation to pay compensation, if he does not make the corresponding complaint to

MAIN DRIVER:
• To carry out the rental contract, clients must present a passport and a driver's license, otherwise, the service will not be carried out and it will be considered a No Show.
• Minimum age required to drive: 25 years with at least 2 years of experience.

ADITIONAL DRIVER:
• You can add only one additional driver, and it is included in the contract. They must have a driver's license with at least two years of experience. Additional drivers may only drive the vehicle,
may not pick up or drop off the car, receive cash back, or request extensions. • If the car is driven by someone other than the one authorized in the contract, the official authorities will put a notification in the contract and the client will have a penalty of the loss of the
amount of days to be used and the guarantee deposit, as well as well as the rented vehicle that will be withdrawn.
INSURANCE COVERAGE:

CANCELLATION AND NO-SHOW POLICY:
• If it is canceled less than 7 days before the start date of the reservation or the client does not show up: 100% of the total reservation will be charged.
• If canceled between 20 and 8 days before the start date of the reservation: a penalty of 50% of the total reservation will be applied.
• If canceled between 30 and 21 days before the start date of the reservation: a penalty of 25% of the total reservation will be applied.
• If you cancel more than 31 days before the start date of the reservation, no penalty is charged.
• If a client is late at the agreed pick up time, they must notify it within a period of up to 5 hours. Without notification, it will be considered a No Show and the vehicle may be provided according to availability.
• If the client shows up after the first 24 hours of the agreed day and time, he loses 100% of what he paid and the vehicle is subject to availability.
