The Islazul Martí Hotel is an Art Deco style construction dating from 1870, located in the Historic Center of the City of Guantánamo, in front of the José Martí Park. The construction has a high level of patrimonial protection acquired by its history and location. The Martí hotel has a small reception, lobby, restaurant and a large kitchen that are located on the first floor of the building. On the second level are all the rooms, arranged in the shape of a horseshoe and at its center, a staircase that leads to the roof of the building. From this central hotel you can access many of the most attractive cultural and social sites in the region, among which the houses of Changüí, de la Trova and the 1870 Restaurant stand out. You can also get to know the ancestral sounds of the French Tumba . And if you prefer, reach the stone zoo, or the Santa Catalina de Ricci cathedral, among other attractions.
